| Was born and raised
in El Paso, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science Cum Laude in
Applied Sociology in 1995 and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy
in 1997 both from Southwest Texas State University. Her graduate research
on Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome was published in 1998. She has worked with
children since 1997 and has extensive experience with children with a
diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy, Gross and Fine Motor Delays, Torticollis,
Agenesis of the Corpus Collosum, Muscular Dystrophy, Osteogenesis Imperfecta,
and toe walking. She is a Level II Therapist with the American Hippotherapy Association, a NARHA Registered Therapist, a member of AHA, APTA, and NARHA. Jennifer is the proud Mom of two great boys. She started
Children's Therapy Services with a child based approach rather than a
clinic based approach to better address the needs of children and their
families. |
